A few weeks ago I was at Kristin and Jason's wedding celebration as they were married at the First United Methodist Church in Sarasota. The church's decor and natural light was a fresh inspiration for photography. It is a delight to work as a wedding photographer in such beautiful churches filled with history and beauty. When Kristin arrived at the wedding venue, Jason was already waiting inside. The ceremony celebrated at United Methodist Church was fantastic, the photographs I took of it definitely have a "love is in the air" vibe to them. Kristin and Jason interacted freely with the guest at the reception venue, which was held at the University Park Country Club in Sarasota. The atmosphere at the reception was perfect for entertaining the guests. I began searching for moments that would help to tell the story of the day. Everyone loves a good fall wedding, and I'm no exception. It was a lovely sunny day, which was really nice to see, and made the photographs really sing. All the guests were keen not to miss the speeches. The speeches are a great part of the wedding and a joy to photograph as a wedding photographer. The evening began and the DJ definitely pulled it off, the wedding floor got crowded while the newlyweds were showing off their best moves. Thank you Kristin and Jason for letting me be a part of your day and thank you so much for the sweet words you left for us on WeddingWire! Enjoy some of the photos and video slideshow of their day below. If you are looking for a professional wedding photographer in the Sarasota or Bradenton Florida area, we can help! But Photo Harp was hands down the easiest and most efficient vendor we had! From even the early days of emailing, he would always respond within the hour, usually in a few minutes. He answered my laundry list of questions, was flexible with the package we chose, and was able to capture some amazing moments. He was a joy to work with on the big day and we will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives! They are so stunning, some look like magazine editorials, some are traditional family portraits. A wonderful mix! Also, he has a tremendous gift for capturing those candid moments - those might be our favorite photos! Thanks again!" - Kristin |
